We have not reserved rooms at any Ocean City motels for our beach party. If you book early, rooms will be readily available. The hump season starts the day after Labor Day. Some motels will have lowered their prices, but not all. On 15th and the boardwalk, this is the closest motel to our houses. It's also the most expensive. It's ocean front and has a beach front pool. Check it out. You'll love it.
Port-O-Call website On 14th and the boardwalk, this motel is a bargain. It's basic, but what more do you need? It's ocean front and has a beach front pool. It's clean, and it's SO reasonable.
Oceanfront Motel On 13th and the boardwalk, this is another first-class property. It's ocean front and has a beach front pool. The hotel has large rooms with 2 queen beds in every room. If you're not shy, you can share a hotel room with other guests.
Beach Club Hotel This motel is in a good location close to the boardwalk. It has a pool, but its ocean view is blocked by buildings on the boardwalk. We know no one who's stayed here, but the reviews look good.
Harris House Motel

The suites, condos and apartments listed here are in buildings that contain multiple units. If your rental does not include sheets and towels, you can rent them from a linen service. These suites are across the parking lot from the Beach Club Hotel. Each suite has a small kitchen, living area with a sleep sofa, and a separate bedroom with two queens size beds. Great space for sharing with another guest.
Beach Club Suites This complex is an older builder on 14th Steet and the boardwalk. It has about 5 apartments of various sizes. The pool is really tiny, but who needs a pool when you have the ocean and beach at your front door. Call 215-512-8746 for information. This is a well-maintained two-story building between 16th and 17th streets on the boardwalk. There is an ocean-front pool. All the apartments in this building are owned by different people. Berger Realty manages the property and rents the apartments. Contact Troy Eggie at 609-391-0500 ext 320. Family-run big, old, beautiful inn on the corner of 15th and Wesley with guest rooms and apartments. Apartments rent from Saturday to Saturday, but since it will be after labor day, perhaps they will rent apartments for the weekend.
Osborne's Inn Beach Condos is a three-story building on 14th and the boardwarlk. The condos are individually owned and rented by a real estate company that manages the property and has an office there.

There are many single houses and duplex houses (side-by-side or first floor/second floor) for rent in Ocean City. The neighboorhood we're suggesting, between 15th to 20th on Wesley or Central is really nice and is close to our party houses. We don't want to be snobs, but there are some sections of Ocean City that aren't desirable because of noise from boardwalk amusements, crowds of beach goers who come in for one day on the beach, and low income year-round residences. So check with us before you sign a house rental lease.

Through a realtor, houses will rent from 4pm Saturday through 10am the following Saturday. This makes house rental difficult if you only want to rent for a few days. Some home owners rent their houses through VRBO and AIRBNB and will rent for a few nights. If you want a house, start your search asap. If it's May and you haven't found a house for the week of September 2nd-9th, you most likely won't find one.

If you rent a house, you'll need to rent sheets and bath towels from a linen service.

They have an office on 17th and the boardwalk. They know the area, and many home owners list their houses with Berger. Please ask for:

Check to make sure your suite, condo, or apartment includes bed and bath linens. Often they do not. Houses NEVER include linens. If your rental does not include linens, there are services that rent them. These services deliver at the start of your rental and pick up at the end. You, of course, are responsible for making the beds!
